| Description |
 FULLTIME ADMINISTRATOR We are seeking a career oriented individual to join our administrative team in our Thunder Bay branch. Responsibilities Include: • Data Entry - Invoicing • Monthly Statements • Reconciling month end reporting • Provide operational support to the organization • Special projects and other duties as assigned Education/Skills Required: • Completion of post-secondary school • One or more years of experience an asset; but not required as we are willing to train the right applicant • Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Basic accounting skills • Excellent Data Entry Skills • Ability to prioritize and successfully complete tasks while working in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude • Friendly, personable and able to build working relationships We offer a competitive compensation and great benefits.
