Minimize manufacturing costs, Maximize profits and ensuring quality. Plan production and shipping operations in conjunction with other production staff. Establishing priorities and schedules for manufacturing products. Coordinate processing/shipping activities to meet customer requirements. Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays; Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices. Manage environmental and safety programs, to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations. REQUIRES: Diploma or B.Sc. in Science, or Food Sciences and have a minimum of two (8) years of food processing experience. Brewing experience or education an asset. Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment of at least two (6) years.
