ONE FULL TIME POSITION

The North West Community Care Access Centre has an immediate need
for an eHealth Project Manager at its Thunder Bay, Ontario location.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
A Degree in Business or Health-Related discipline
Proven experience Project Management
Proven background and significant experience in:
o
Process Analysis
o
Information Systems related to the implementation
of systems change
o
Collaboration / Networking
o
Change Management
o
Strategic Planning
Ideally, a strong knowledge of utilization and discharge
planning processes
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be
considered an asset
The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader and strategic thinker
with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving
significant systems change initiatives.
