We are a not-for-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Children & Youth Services. The Centre is currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer with overall responsibilities for the vision, leadership and management of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the C.E.O. will ensure the Centre continues to provide the highest quality services. This is a significant leadership opportunity for the right candidate in an organization with a strong history and respected track record in the community. To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria: Degree in Healthcare Administration or Masters Degree in Social Work or equivalent combination of education and 5 years experience in a senior management position; Proven record in leading a client-focused organization (healthcare/clinical/ community services/youth or children’s services organization), minimum of 5 years. Demonstrated success for motivating, engaging and supporting staff, volunteers, Board of Directors; A strategic thinker and planner, who can embrace changes and lead through challenges; Experience and proven ability in developing strong working relationships, partnerships and alliances with a wide range of stakeholders.
