Delaney Arena Electrical Service Upgrade Project

DELANEY ARENA ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPGRADE PROJECT
Sealed tenders, as listed above, will be received by the Owner
on the steps of City Hall, 500 Donald Street East, Thunder Bay
between 11:00a.m. and 12:00 noon local time on Tuesday, the
8th day of June 2021. Supply Management will place a clearly
marked container to receive tenders, at the front of City Hall.
The container will be made available to receive tenders one
hour prior to the closure and removed at the time of closing.
The container will be monitored by a Supply Management
Representative. The clock used to identify the time that the
container is present to the time that the container is removed,
will be the clock on the Supply Management Representative’s
cellular telephone.
The work includes, but is not limited to – Installation of a new
Pad mount transformer, service entrance equipment and
removals.
Contract documents will be made available starting Thursday,
May 20, 2021 and will be provided electronically via email in
PDF format to all Bidders who register. Bidders must register
their intent to Bid on the project with AG Engineering prior to
receiving Contract documents. Registration and request for bid
documents are to be made by contacting Anthony Gazzola at

Contract documents will also be made available through the
Thunder Bay Construction Association.
A mandatory Bidders briefing will be held at 300 Legion Track
Dr, Thunder Bay, ON at 1:30pm, Tuesday, May 25, 2021. The
briefing is mandatory for Bidders. Sub-contractors and
suppliers are invited to attend as well. All interested parties are
to meet at the Main entrance.
