We are looking for someone to organize and oversee
the shop floor. The successful candidate will be
responsible for the smooth operations of the day and
keeping the parts department organized.
We expect the successful candidate to be highly organized with the
ability to direct personnel towards their maximum performance.
Decision making and problem solving will take up a great part of your
day. If you are up to the challenge, we would like to talk to you.
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive repair process that
meets our requirements.
• Organize workflow to meet deadlines
• Monitor production and resolve any issues that may arise
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Ensure the final repair meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Report to upper management
• Understanding of quality standards and Health Safety regulations
• Outstanding communication ability
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision making skills and a results-driven approach
• Secondary education an assent but not a requirement
